KC Smash Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KC Smash Pickleball. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Locations

At this time, KC Smash ships within the United States only.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer.

Available shipping methods, carriers, estimated delivery times, and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.

Please note that all delivery dates and transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by KC Smash.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at kcsmashpickleball@gmail.com.

If an order is returned to KC Smash due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

 

Shipping Delays

KC Smash is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or is missing, please contact us promptly at kcsmashpickleball@gmail.com.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label in order to assist with carrier claims and determine the appropriate resolution.
