KC Smash Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
To start a return, please contact us at kcsmashpickleball@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
For returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a return request is approved, KC Smash will provide a prepaid return shipping label. An applicable return shipping fee may be deducted from the customer’s refund amount. This fee is generally based on KC Smash’s standard return shipping rates but may be adjusted when necessary to reflect the actual return shipping cost.
Return shipping fees will not apply when the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:
- Your item arrives damaged during transit
- Your item is defective
- You receive the wrong item
To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging when contacting us.
If your claim is approved, KC Smash will provide a replacement or a refund, at your choice, at no additional cost to you.
In certain situations, KC Smash may request the return of the original item or additional photographs before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Products not returned in their original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be approved by KC Smash.
If an exchange is approved, KC Smash will provide instructions for returning the original item and will arrange shipment of the replacement item once the original item has been received and inspected, when applicable.
Exchanges are not available for normal wear and tear, customer misuse, accidental damage, or change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
